I don’t quite understand why some people would need a sleep aid to be able to get a good night’s sleep. Yes, sleep aids might be a temporary relief; but they don’t address the real problem. There are a lot of causes for sleep problems, and anxiety is one of them. The best cure for this would be relaxation. Of course, sleep is supposed to be the body getting into a state of relaxation. It is just natural for someone in stress not to get much sleep at all. Other causes of sleep problems are harder to cure. The worse ones even require surgery.

Losing It

I am just amaze with the number products that come out in the market that are all about healthy and fit living. I often think that the world is just losing it with how we consume such products. Not all weight loss pills are equal. The same goes for health supplements. People have to think about what they really need. It shouldn’t be all about what the market makes you think you need. If you don’t need it, don’t buy it. That is what I always say. I choose the products that I would buy to make sure that I don’t waste money. With supplements, I only buy the ones that I am sure will help me and my family.

Have you heard about relacore weight loss drug? Well, I just read an article about it that it’s also an antidepressant because it combines Wellbutrin. Some people have been known to lose weight after taking Wellbutrin according to the article. I wonder how anti-depressant works. Depression is common problem of some women in Australia. Those women who can’t handle depression are the possible people who will commit suicide especially if they don’t know God. If I’m depressed, I always pray and I just talk to friends. There is one big question that most people ask themselves, and often wonder about. How can we balance living and cleansing? For most people those 2 words are like opposite poles. One means to enjoy life, and have all the food and drinks there is. The other is not just limited to the habit of having to colon cleanse but an entire body cleaning. What’s in allergy?

I wonder if this cough I still have for almost three weeks is an allergy reaction. Doctor already said my lungs was clean and I’m going to be fine. But how come I’m still coughing especially early in the morning for this long period of time? If this is an allergy, well I have to start taking allergy relief. I think I need one more check up to verify this is an allergy and hopefully not asthma or any other problem.

It’s good to be in your natural self. Act what you are and who you are. But in when it comes to health, would you go for natural? Well, I do. An odd illness

I’ve watched a drama TV show that talks about the issue of the cancer called mesothelioma. An owner of a company didn’t realized that the chemical asbestos they buried for more than ten years in a certain land can cause such horrible illness. Many residents died and other still suffering. A Good Samaritan and a mesothelioma lawyer offer to help and file a complaint towards the company. In the end, they lose the case because there’s no concrete evidence. But, the company owner conscience didn’t let him sleep. So he helped the people who suffered and support them in whatever means.
