I just realized that I don’t have long skirts when I checked my wardrobe. I was in need of long white skirt because of the retreat I attended last week. It was a Marian Retreat. A study about the life of the Immaculate Conception and her roots. It was a very uplifting retreat. A good food for the soul. I will now put in my shopping list to buy white long skirt or maybe dress for I will be needing it in the next retreat I will be attending. It will be sooner or later.

It’s been a while since I haven’t shopping online most especially VS. I used to shop lingerie, dresses, and shoes there. After my credit card expired, can’t shop there anymore because they don’t accept paypal payments. I was spending too much for shipping before especially if I wanted an item badly because I chose to pay the rush shipping options. How I wish VS will expand their stores here in Melbourne Australia.
Well it’s not only them selling cute and good qualities of lingerie anyway. I still can live without VS. A business-minded friend of mine even used to buy in a wholesaler shop of lingerie and then offered it to some of her other friends. She gets good profit out of it.

My father-in-law’s birthday is coming up and I am still undecided with what gift to give him.    I know that he is a fan of cigars and tobacco, but he is also a fan of sport shooting.    I was thinking of getting him Cohiba cigars, but it is a little bit out of my budget.    I could get him a bunch of sport shooting magazines, but I don’t have any idea which ones are good.     Anyways, I am still shopping around to get him a gift that he will appreciate.

People always try to learn more about different things. But it seems like some people are just trigger happy when it comes to products that they use in and around their bodies. The body is of course very important to anyone, and it shouldn’t be toyed or experimented with. With all these consumer products that come out, I just wonder if people ever stop to think about what they are using. Of course knowledge is power. And here knowledge about the products that you use is very important.

My family is always out and about, and we rely heavily on a merchant service to do almost anything. We like to eat out and so restaurants are a must. This is the reason why we frequent the city. I can’t understand the concept of selling things online or promoting stuff on TV. Yes, they are convenient for any lazy shopper, but often times you can get burned. By this I mean you can get stuff that doesn’t really work. I would really love to see the day when a diet pill that works is sold on the Internet.   I would cherish the moment to see false advertising banned from the Television. I would be glad if they made sure that only things that work are sold online or in those TV shopping shows.

My hubby works in a corporate environment, and is required to wear formal business attire 4 days a week. On Fridays, he normally dresses down to semi casual (e.g. Jeans, and collared shirt). He’s been having trouble with trying to look for black shoes that would match his suit.
The other problem is that he often walks a fair bit to get to the office because he catches the train daily. It’s a good thing that he discovered Dansko professional footwear recently. He said that it was one of the best black shoes that he has worn in years. He always had to settle for cheap brands that weren’t that comfortable at all. And of course, since he walks everyday, they get worn out quickly.
