I need to work, I need to find a job because life is not getting better. We’re facing crisis and difficulties financially. Why? Don’t bother to ask because I won’t tell you. Life is not like the way it used to be. Things that we can easily get, not anymore. Hubby can’t afford to provide us anymore the way he used to do. If I work part-time before, now I need full-time time. Wish me luck in job hunting. Poor my kids are because my time with them will be limited. That’s the fact that I hated the most and stop me from working before. It’s coming my my husband’s mouth that I need to work and the was the first time I heard from him. It’s surprising but I have to face the fact that life is not getting better.

Maybe because of the weather changes. Been very cold for more than a week already and I’m loving. I prefer this kind than very sunny and burning hot day temperature. The only problem when its most of the time cold, it makes me lazy to do chores. Makes me sleepy and hungry. How I wish being hungry It can help me gain weight but doh! It still don’t work for me. I spent my day chit chatting at my friend’s house. Eating and laughing. I don’t have idea hubby will be off today and I was surprised. This is the day for myself, I mean without him so I left him home alone. He’s just busy with his computer even if he’s at home so what’s the point of staying. He can’t take me anywhere like movie or lunch out because I’m not in the mood to spend my day with him. Such a boring man sshhh! I hate the fact that we’re having problem financially and seriously because I’m not used to it. Suddenly too many debts to pay. Damn! I really felt deprived.  Now I can say that our life in the Philippines was a lot better than here. That’s all for now.

My kids love sport stuff that has their name written on it. They really want to use stuff that they can proudly say “this belongs to me and no one can take it away from me”. You think it’s nice to have that kind of thinking? I don’t have idea where did they get that point of view. We’re not like that? I bought football just recently and they write their name on it immediately. Now they want to play basketball and I’m thinking of buying them personalized basketballs for each of them. Less fighting if they’ll get one each. I’m sure they’ll be happy to have real personalized basketballs.

So many good bargains everywhere. Very tempting and if you go out without enough bucks on your wallet, you’ll be sorry. Miriam take me to a place where bargains are amazing. I was fascinated with a pink Samsonite luggage as in!  But,  it’s not necessary to buy it. I don’t need it really for now. I was thinking to get it for my eldest son to use for his camping. What a funny idea to use Samsonite luggage for camping and besides, it’s pink. A proper camping bag will be better.

My Filipino friend and her sister visited me last Saturday. Her sister name is the same as my sister’s name. She ask me how come I’m so slim despite of having three kids. People will not think I’m married if I’ll go out alone. She’s wondering if I have a secret to share with her on how to lose belly fat because it’s her long time problem. I just told her that I don’t have secret because this is my build since birth ha-ha. I do exercise like biking, hoolahoop and walking but not often. Some people consider I’m lucky because of this. Actually I’m not happy being petite but this is who I am and I accept it. Nobody’s perfect!

For almost two years, we’re washing our clothes in a coin laundry shop. Sometimes if we’re not tired or lazy we just wash our dirty clothes by hands. It’s tiring and it gives me back-pain. So hubby does it for me most of the time. When it comes to laundry shop, he doesn’t allow me to go there so he did ever weekends. We’re used to the routine for quite a while. I told him before to buy but he said it’s alright so I just stay quite.  It’s just recently that I insisted to buy washing machine. I started to get jealous of the old woman who owns the laundry shop that my husband loves to wash clothes. Ha-ha just kidding. I was just teasing him.
Finally, just this past Tuesday, hubby file a leave of absence from work to assist me with my HPT but it was not successful. After my test, we went to our favorite home and appliance store Harvey Norman to buy washing machine. Hubby was eyeing a new brand of washing machine made in China. Midea is the brand and it’s 8kg with two years warranty. You know how much? It was just $400 something and it’s on sale. Original price was $700+. We’re wondering why it was that cheap. You know why? Because it was the last stock and rest were sold out. Does it make sense? Well, anyway we hope that we save the best for last. As of now, it’s working really fine. Hoping it will last for at least ten year. If not then, Midea is not good brand. We save money by buying the cheap machine and and now time by using the machine. We can do some housework while the machine is running. No more coin laundry.

My friend had someone working at their house to repair something in the roof. When the builder climb up, he didn’t used any fall protection and he suddenly slipped and fell down. Luckily, he didn’t fell so badly. He happened to be a circus player before and was hardly trained before he became a builder.
He handled the situation in a tricky way. Jumping on each side until he landed on the ground with his bare feet. Everyone was shocked and amazed. I can’t imagine how the builder does it but he’s really tough. If he’s not, he might have broken bones now or maybe dead.

I already love the place where I am or where we are now. I love the friends I gained. The place is perfect for everything. Shopping area, transportation, beaches, church, schools, hospitals and kids play area or park. But I must admit the fact that soon we will move to another place, another house and our own house, heaven prevail. It’s not practical to rent forever. I want our house to be just in this place, in this suburb, in this city. Some friends said, it is very expensive to buy house here in this area. Property price goes up and up. But I think we can save for it. I have a Filipino friend who will be moving to a very far suburb. Three hours drive from the city and 2 hours drive from here. I can’t imagine myself my family to move there. I better go back to Pinas if so. Pardon me, I know it’s too early to say and I don’t want to eat my words in the end. I just don’t wanna live far from here.

I wonder why last Monday it seemed that all credit card machines are not working. I supposed to pay my son’s tuition at child care but the payment didn’t get through. We tried not just once but thrice and still declined. I wasn’t sure if my bank was offline or the center  machine was malfunctioning. Luckily the amount that we enter wasn’t deducted in my credit. I didn’t even keep the transaction receipt if ever something is going wrong. The crew don’t know much how to use the machine and even asked for my assistance. Printer error was the first problem. I think they really need new credit card machine that will work efficiently and and well experienced assistant. I’ll just wait for the manager to come back from their holidays before I pay. It’s better to be sure.

Hello everyone! Once again, it’s HEARTS DAY. Any plan for the day? Of course you do. Romantic date, expecting flowers and chocolates etc. Well, yesterday I already had my pre-valentines movie date and I had fun to get the chance. Today, we will still celebrate it with our kids. No specific plan where to go but for sure we will going to have fun. It’s nice to spend the day with our loves one.
By the way, what do you think of applying insurance online guys? Have you tried it? If you do, how’s the services. I’m just curious to ask because one of my friend asked me if it’s a good idea to apply insurance online. I’m gathering information.
