There is nothing that we could ever wish for if we have a clean face. We don’t bother putting a concealer in our face because we need to hide a pimple or acne. But what are we going to do if we have a pimple specially acne. Acne is triple headed pimple that we could even hide because of its size. The best acne treatment is to cleanse, tone and moisturize our face. Try to avoid scratches on face so that it will not be infected.

A lot of people complain about how they look, and how they have so many problems with their faces.   When someone has a problem with their face, it could actually mean a lot of things.    It could mean having a crooked nose.    It could also be a lot of adult acne on their face.    Some would say that  a wrinkle is a big problem.   Others still would think that their mole or birth mark ruins their looks.   Face problems are varied, but most of them are not at all that bad.  Yes, they could be imperfections, but who is perfect anyway?

What’s your favorite beauty cream? Do you prefer whitening creams, moisturizing creams, wrinkle creams or exfoliating creams? I haven’t mention the other creams yet but do you wonder how our system handle all these kinds of creams? I love moisturizing creams with sunscreen ever since I arrived here in Australia. It’s very important with the kind of weather we have in here. In Philippine, women loves whitening creams. They’re dying to get fair skin.

I admit that I am person, who wants to look good for any occasion.    Whether it be for a big birthday bash or even a stroll along the park, I always want to make sure that I look nearly perfect.   Skin care products are always my weakness, and I tend to try any new things that come out.   It can be iQ derma or any other product; but I tend to switch every now and then.  My hubby always complain about how slow I am when it comes to preparing for a family outing.   I often ignore him because the skin products are for me after all, and I want to be presentable every time.

Some people say that beauty is just skin deep, and that it really isn’t something to go crazy for. Well I know that I shouldn’t really be afraid of having imperfect skin, but I just want to maintain a face that my husband would adore. I would probably go to as far as using blackhead extractors to get rid of any problems with my skin. It’s a good thing that I’ve managed to maintain a clear skin without having to do too much.

I always start my day by praying the rosary. It’s always good to thank the Lord for another day of being able to wake up and feel his love. Of course after that, I also do some of my daily rituals to keep myself fresh looking. I begin by washing my face with cold water. It’s my very own acne face wash to make sure that face is always free of pimples. It also helps keep my face looking young. Then I include drinking milk tea, and having a good break in my morning habits.

Are you an apple, a pear, a spoon, a ruler, an hourglass, a cone…? Learn to exercise for your shape
Picture this. You and a girlfriend are both tall. You eat pretty much the same types of food and the same amount. And yet, she’s got the perfect body while you’re wincing every time you cross a mirror. You can’t help but wonder just what the hell is wrong with you.
It’s not you, honey, it’s your genes. Every woman is defined by the tape measure. A woman’s body shape depends on the type of fats she carries most. And all fat is not created equal. An apple can never become a pear. But overweight apple can become a healthy apple.
You can’t really change your basic shape but can work to tone it and shape it better. To lose weight and inches, you need to exercise based on your shape. Although some people rely on using weight loss pills, they still exercise to shape up. It’s not nice to be so slim and just straight like a post. A curve gives impact to a woman’s body. That’s why I love my hula-hoop because it shapes me up.

Eating fatty, processed foods and drinking too much tea, coffee and alcohol results in dull complexion, congestion, blemishes, blackheads and even dry skin or oiliness and acne. Help your skin to reach its flowing best by reaching for fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and plenty of fresh, filtered water daily.
Creams and facial treatments are only part of the solution. The skin is a living organ with specific nutritional needs that can’t be met with creams alone. A good diet is the cornerstone of good skin.

Hydration key to beauty

Keeping your body hydrated form the inside and preventing your skin from drying out on the outside is the best way to maintain vibrant beauty.

A lot of people out there are unnecessarily dehydrated. If you’re actually physically thirsty, you’re already too dehydrated. A lot of people then try to compensate by guzzling massive amounts of water at one go but really the best way to go about it is to sip water throughout the entire day. That is a far better way of maintaning hydration levels.

You can tell when a person is hydrated and healthy – their hair will be shiny, their skin will look great and their eyes will sparkle. You can’t fake that.

Coffee and tea may make you feel good in the short term but both have a dehydrating effect on the skin.

When it comes to topical applications a good sunscreen is most important. You need to use a sunscreen every day to stop the skin dehydrating due to sun exposure. Good quality skin creams can also help depending on your skin type.

Some collagen crams actually artificially mimic of the natural collagen that we produce, which starts to decrease quite rapidly from about the age of 26.

Jojoba oil is know to mimic collagen. It’s a waxy oil and it’s a very good way of giving the skin the appearance of being more hydrated or plumber.

Diet can also be major influence. The need to eat plenty of fresh, prefereably organic fruit and vegetables and avoid processed foods containing high levels of sugar and salt.
