Have you heard about those people suffering from colon cancer? Well, I rarely heard about it but it’s really an awful one. There are therapist that conduct colon cleansing using rubber tubing that is inserted into the rectum and then water is then turned on to flush out waste. So obviously water is the number one that clears out accumulated waste from the colon. You need to cut off out of your diet in order to detox like some food and beverages including caffeine, alcohol, fast foods, meats and dairy, ingredients such as preservatives and flavor enhancers or flavors found in takeaways and processed foods. This are always part of our daily life but if you care about you own health then go for detoxification and get rid of toxic that are very harmful to your health and body. Moderate exercise and plenty of water intakes are the best way in starting it.

I’ve watched a drama TV show that talks about the issue of the cancer called mesothelioma. A Good Samaritan and a mesothelioma lawyer offer to help and file a complaint towards the company. In the end, they lose the case because there’s no concrete evidence. But, the company owner conscience didn’t let him sleep. So he helped the people who suffered and support them in whatever means.
It’s true what they say about you are what you eat. I’ve recently discovered a healthier alternative to both our lifestyle and eating habits. I started to think really hard about my family’s health. I’ve got a friend, who has influenced me in a positive about healthy options. She introduced organic and all natural foods to me. I now believe that if I paired a Blue Advantage health plan with a healthy living, I can ensure that my family will achieve really good health.
I have a feeling that I gain weight and by that feeling, I’m so glad. I can’t gain weight so easily. It’s hard for me to do. I weight myself in a coin weighing machine. I’m glad with the 2 kilos gain result. I told my friends that I gain weight and then one friend said that I still look the same skinny me. They can’t see any changes lol. Is it just a feeling that I gain? Does the coin machine fooling me? Oh well, I can feel it so I don’t need to be recognized. Hopefully this will last. If others are working to lose weight by using phentermine diet pills, I’m eating well to gain weight while my appetite is currently good. I mostly don’t have good appetite and if feel that my appetite is well, I take advantage of it. Unfortunately, my son is unwell. Expect sleepless night and will affect my weight easily. What a life!

More often than not, you don’t have the appetite to eat, and so you end up taking a few inches off you waistline. You would be happy to fit into your size 2 jeans without taking weight loss pill especially if you’re on a diet right?
Loss of appetite and sleeplessness are directly related to another one of love’s overwhelming sensations: tremendous energy.
When we’re in love or in extreme like, our brain produces huge amounts of dopamine, a chemical associated with exhilaration (adrenalin is one of its products). With the increases energy and hyperactivity, a high level of dopamine causes, your body burns more calories-and so you go on major food binges, but keep the weight off. For some, a significant production of dopamine leads to a decrease in appetite, among others.
So if you want to lose weight, feel in love like seventeen
. But if you want to make things simple, even if you don’t feel like eating, munch on an apple or some crackers to make sure that your energy level is up. Avoid caffeine and cigarettes-these can drain you of energy, even if they’ll give you a quick adrenalin boost.
Carbonated mineral water

I’m not used to drink bubbly water in the first place. It’s like drinking tasteless soft-drinks! My friends keep buying it because they like it because of the mineral contain. You can’t get mineral in drinking water from the taps? We drink water from the taps! Well, not directly from the taps because we used water filters and change filters quarterly. Some people said, drinking water directly from the tap is not safe because of the pressure plus the chlorine. Not sure if it’s true because I have bo basis. Just recently, I stared to like drinking carbonated mineral water. I don’t know why but now I get used to the taste. One liter of carbonated mineral water cost 70cents in ALDI. It’s a good price of a good water according to my friend.
Slimmer for summer

Summer is coming, and lots of women says they’re not ready. They thought they’re in shape, but according to the fitness assessment in some gym, their shape is a stop-sign – large, stationary and bright red.
They knew they should have been fitter before they went to the gym to checked out. It’s like cleaning up before the cleaners come; it doesn’t make sense, but it’s a bit less embarrassing.
You can now plan to start stage 14 of the get-fit-for-summer .
Stage 1 is persuading yourself it’s all hormonal and just “seasonal fat” Christmas dinner, Easter eggs, cold weather, water retention, the turning of the tides-all these are better explanations as to why your biggest fat pants are spitting at the seams.
Not that you ate too much and stayed on the sofa for the last three months.
Or that you have been stuffing your face with chocolate and counting walks to the Thai place across the road as exercise.
Oh no, it’s not your fault – it’s winter weight.
The first bit stage 2 is asking a partner or friend if you have put on a little weight.
The second bit is accusing them being shallow and heartless when they say that you have put on a little, but doesn’t everyone over winter and maybe you should get fit together?
Stage 3 involves locking yourself in the bathroom while crying and eating more chocolate. And then storming out to throw cleaning implements at your partner, shouting if they like skinny things so much then they can go out with the mop.
(Here’s also where you hurl allegations that they would rather be seeing skinnier people. Such as their ex, their co-workers, your co-workers, their friends, your ex, their family, their mother, random strangers on the street, the stoned guy who staffs the graveyard shift at the 7-eleven and anyone who is currently less porky than you.)
Stage 4 involves apologizing. A lot. Also picking up the things you threw.
Stage 5 involves drowning the pain in alcohol. A lot.
Stage 6 is hungover.
Stage 7 involves actually doing something about things and attempting to go to the gym occasionally, while still eating all that chocolate.
Stage 8 is being too busy to do the gym but deciding by switching to low-fat milk, you can cancel chocolate or better go for weight loss diet at all.
Stage 9 is giving up on the gym because it’s not working.
Stage 10 is realizing that you might need to do more than one gym session a week.
Stages 11 through to 13 repeat stages 2 to 4. This time you pretend throwing stuff at your partner and cleaning it up counts as a workout.
At stage 14 involves biting the bullet and genuinely trying to get into a healthier routine.
Help reduce climate change by eating organic food

A scientific trial of organic and conventional farming practices has proved that organic practices can be the single biggest way to mitigate climate change.
Scientist at the Rodale Institue in the USA have proved that organic farming practices can remove about 7,000 kilos of carbon dioxide from the air each year and sequester it in a hectare of farmland.
The scientist estimated that if all of America’s 434 million acres of cropland were converted to organic practices, it would be the equivalent of taking 217 million cars off the road. This is nearly 88 percent of all cars in the USA and more than a third of all the cars in the world. Paul Hepperly, Ph., Research Director at the Rodale Institute and Fullbright Scholar stated that they’ve shown that organic practices can do better than any one thought at sequestering carbon, and could counteract up to 40 percent of global greenhouse gas output. The important point about this ground breaking research is that the amount of CO2. Sequestered is based on what has been achieved through current organic farming practices. This is not said to be theoretical estimate as in some of the tree plantation models or unproven like the millions being spent on clean coal or mechanical geo sequestration trials.
This has been achieved now by organic farmers in the USA, Australia and around the world. Adopting organic practices on our farmland is a proven way to remove huge quantities of greenhouse gases and help in the fight against climate change.
There is no other method that is as effective as organic farming in removing greenhouse gases from the atmosphere and sequestering them into the soil.
I’m very interested with organic things. I’m eating organic foods and I’m glad to know that by doing it, I’m helping the earth.
Fitness for giving bones entra bounce

Without about half of women and one third of men over the age of 60 living with osteoporosis, it’s a common health concern.
Exercise is one way you can make a difference.
“Bone requires the stress of muscles and tendons and gravity pulling on it to develop its shape and strength, and retain resistance to fracture throughout life according to Osteoporosis Australia spokeswoman.
“The exercise you do from a young age, the higher the peak bone mass you will leave, which is reached by about age 20-25.
After that, continued exposure to appropriate physical activities maintain bone mass and strength and slow down the rate of loss that begins in midlife.”
But not all physical activity has the same beneficial effect.
“Moderate-to-high-intensity walking or other weight-bearing aerobic exercise, stair climbing, weight lifting/strength training, jumping or sports involving are all good for bone.
As a general rule the more intense an activity-in regard to impact or force-the more effective it is.
“The volume does not need to be high.
“For example 10 to 50 jumps a week may only take 1-2 minutes total, but can significantly improve bone density, particularly before menopause.”
Once you have osteoporosis it’s crucial to prevent falling which can easily result in fracture.
“Even if you can’t make the bone denser or stronger you need to improve muscle strength, balance and co-ordination to prevent falls,” Dr Fiatarone Singh, Osteporosis Australia spokewoman says.
